1. Introduction and operator

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Xorvaleniavim. "You" and "your" refer to you as a visitor or customer. By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place orders.
2. Products and information
We offer for sale a herbal complex product (Arterherbix) and related services as described on the Website. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify the product range. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Finnish and EU law. Delivery and payment options are described on the Website and in the order process. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. We do not make therapeutic or medical claims beyond what is permitted for food supplements in the European Union.
3. Orders and contract formation
When you submit an order through the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order (e.g. by sending an order confirmation by email). We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of error in price or product information, suspected fraud, insufficient stock, or for other legitimate reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details; we are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information you supply.
4. Price, payment and invoicing
Prices are as displayed at the time you place your order. We use current geo-based pricing for Finland (and other territories where we sell). Unless otherwise stated, prices are in EUR and include VAT if applicable. Delivery costs (if any) will be shown before you confirm the order. We accept the payment methods indicated on the Website. Payment is due as specified in the checkout process. You must pay using a valid payment method; we are not obliged to deliver until payment is received or confirmed. Invoicing, where offered, is subject to our approval and any separate invoicing terms we provide.
5. Delivery and risk
We will deliver the products to the address you provide, using the delivery method selected, within the time frame indicated (e.g. 1–2 business days for dispatch, 2–5 business days for delivery, subject to your location and carrier). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified. You must check the goods upon delivery and notify us and the carrier of any visible damage or shortage without undue delay.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Your right to withdraw from a distance contract and to return products is set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, under EU consumer law you generally have at least 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Please refer to the Return Policy for conditions, procedures, and any exceptions (e.g. for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery).
7. Warranty and limitations
We warrant that products will conform to their description and be of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery. If products are defective, you have the rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund). Any claim must be made within a reasonable time and in accordance with our Return Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that could have been avoided by your compliance with instructions or by your prompt notification of a defect.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Website. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Content on the Website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission except for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website and placing orders, you acknowledge that we will process your data as described there. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it (e.g. if ordering on behalf of someone else).

Your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where permitted by law.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated on the Website or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Website or our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
