1. Operator and scope
This Return Policy applies to purchases of products (including Arterherbix) made through the website xorvaleniavim.world from the following operator:

This policy explains your right to withdraw from a distance contract, how to return products, and how refunds are processed. It complements our Terms of Service and applies in addition to your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you have designated) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) using our contact details above. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission if you wish, but it is not mandatory. If you use our contact form or email, please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract and include your order reference or name and the date of order so we can identify the transaction.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear such costs. We recommend that you use a traceable method of return and keep proof of posting.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary (e.g. unsealing capsules or using part of the product) if you then wish to withdraw. If you have used the goods beyond what is permitted for inspection, we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the loss in value, or we may require you to pay that amount, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and national implementing law (e.g. Finnish Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things: (a) the supply of goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery; (b) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Food supplements that have been unsealed or used may fall under such exceptions. If you have only received the product and not unsealed or used it, you may withdraw within the 14-day period and return it in its original, sealed condition. If you have unsealed the product or used part of it, we will assess each case in line with the law; you may still be entitled to a refund for unused, unopened items or in case of defective goods. For defective products, see section 5.
5. Defective products and statutory rights
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods are not affected by this Return Policy. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and the Sale of Goods Act, or under the laws of your country of residence if you are a consumer there. In such cases, please contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will not require you to bear the cost of returning defective goods where the defect is confirmed. Refunds or other remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
6. How to return products (practical steps)
- Contact us by email at admin@xorvaleniavim.world (or by post to the address above) and state that you wish to withdraw from the contract (or return the product) and provide your name and order reference or order date.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging if possible, and send it to the address we provide in our reply (or to Kruunuvuorenkatu 1, 00160 Helsinki, Finland, unless we specify a different returns address).
- Keep proof of posting and, if possible, use a tracked delivery service so that we can confirm receipt.
- Once we have received the goods and verified your withdrawal (and that the product is in an acceptable condition where applicable), we will process the refund within 14 days as set out in section 3.
If you are returning a defective product, we will confirm the returns procedure and any prepaid return label or reimbursement of return costs where applicable.
7. Refund method and timing
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or, if later, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of their return). If your bank or payment provider takes additional time to credit your account, that is outside our control; typically refunds appear within 5–10 business days after we have processed them.
8. Business customers
If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive may not apply. Your rights will be governed by our Terms of Service and any separate agreement we have with you. Please contact us to agree on return conditions before returning goods.
